Nobody on the Horseshoe staff thought to call for extra help. There was one slow-moving woman working in the coat check and over 100 people in line. When I finally decided to leave, I had to wait in line 30+ minutes to get my coat from the coat check. There are not enough rest rooms, so you end up waiting in line.
And it's not that 'happening place' kind of packed, either. It's so packed that it was difficult to walk across the casino. I had to shower the minute I got home and send my clothes to the cleaners to get the smell out.
I guess the air quality is first - the place reeks of smoke and bodies. The Horseshoe Casino is arguably the worst place I've ever visited.
